Does it ever end? Really end? Nope. There is always more to do..the elusive day when my house remains the way I have left it…clean and organized never seems to happen. Well, that is what keeps us going though I suppose…gets us up and going in the morning…more to do…more to see…well, speaking of that, I need to try to get a few things done today.
I have enjoyed visiting a few of your blogs today…lots going on with everyone. And I think everyone can raise their hands and say “I want spring now!” I came downstairs this morning and the sun was so bright and enviting..I wanted to stop out onto the porch and drink in its warmth, but the air had other thoughts and I knew it was still very cold and not worth the blast of cold air that would greet me, so I just stood there looking at it…wishing it were 65 degrees with a slight breeze that just tickled your hair a bit. Oh dear sweet spring…we await you with eagerness!

Hello dear friends…and blogging community! I have been enjoying a 4 day weekend! I took off Thursday-Sunday this week. Thursday was Jacobs birthday and he had such a nice day! The party was so much fun and he really enjoyed all the attention.
Yesterday I played on the computer some in the morning, and watched Jake until 5:30, then got Amanda and picked up a few groceries and then her and I went to dinner while Matt watched Jake for us.
Today, I am going to relax some and get some laundry done and hang some pictures on the wall. I got a new clock and some new picture frames for a big wall I have behind the diningroom table. I will post a pic when I get it done.
Today it is sunny and 29 degrees at 9 am. I cant wait until spring! I also cant wait until I can start yard saling again…I love doing that..it is so much fun.

Well, it is Sunday again and I have to go in to work this afternoon for one of my coworkers. I have been online alot this morning going through emails and reading some blogs. My, everyone is so busy lately and their is alot of sickness going around right now…I say a prayer for each of you that I come across. It is sunny this morning and that makes me feel like getting some things done, but the temps are cold…only 29 right now. I have almost caught up on all the laundry and gotten the kitchen cleaned up. I will feel like I accomplished some things. I spent alot of yesterday going through my closet and sorting some things out to give to Good Will. I am trying like crazy to spring clean while it is still winter..lol. I can’t wait until we can open the house up and feel the warm sun on my face again.
Jacob is turning 2 on Valentines day and Amanda has been busy planning a nice party for him with family and a few friends. I know at this age they really dont understand what is going on, but he will have fun with the other little kids. He is getting big so fast and making Grammy feel a little older each day. William will be 1 in May also..my goodness time is going so fast!
Well I need to get alot more done today before work, so I will get off of here, have a great day!

My goodness, I woke up this morning to torentual sounding rain beating against my windows! It is supposed to rain all day and be 70 degrees!!! 70!! In February! Then of course as it did last Tuesday, it is supposed to drop tremendously as a cold front pushes through…that means more storms and possible tornados! Well, I will be at work again through it. What a crazy season this has been!
I have been fighting off sickness the past week..first I got food poisoning from our local chinese restaraunt..that I loved and now I wont eat there again…then I went right into a cold and chest cold into bronchitis…ugh! I have been coughing my head off all day and still have to chase Jake during the day and work at night. Oh well it is what we do as women..never a break.
Well it is Super Tuesday, Fat Tuesday…Hey does that mean I can feel good about how I look then? oh never mind…anyways here is a cutie from Mary and the graphics committe from Friends Country Nook…
