Well hello strangers! I can’t believe that it has been a whole month since I posted and updated things..ugh! I am a bad blogger again! This month hasnt been real eventful though. Pretty much same ol same ol.
One thing I did this month is Pete and I built a huge swingset play thing for the grandbabies. It took us a few days, but it turned out really good I think! Here is a pic of it:

I have decided to take a week off of work to go to Michigan to see my family up there. I will be offline again for that time, but when I return I will have lots to talk about I am sure…lol.
I have signed up with a new site called Facebook. I am sure alot of you have heard about it, but since I am considered “old” now, it took me a while to find it and figure it out…lol. But I have gotten my profile going and if you would like to visit me there it is at facebook.com and put in my name Laurie Artcliff…then send me a friend request and I will add you. It has lots of fun things to do in it…still a lttle confusing, but I am getting it. Another place to meet old friends and family.
I am also getting on a diet thing again…I want to…no…let me rephrase that…I have to loose about 50 pounds and I have been reading alot of different diet plans and ways to loose wieght , and although I know that most people will say…eat right and exercise…that is all well and good, but I have been eating right and still not loosing anything. I think it is the menopause thing going on and my metabolism has slowed down to a snails pace. Can anyone out there help me find an eating plan with menus and even shopping lists to help me loose this much weight? I am desperate and although I am very healthy otherwise, I need something to jumpstart my metabolism and help me loose weight again. Let me know what you do…or what you know will work…thanks!

Hello everyone, I keep forgetting or dont find time to post here…has it been a whole month? my goodness. What a bad blogger I am…lol. Nothing fun for you all to read…ugh! Well, it has been a very busy month and now it is July first already!
Work is going much better now that Erica is gone. Fin, the new guy is doing a pretty good job of getting things organized and back to where it should have been in the first place. I think Jeff just kept her around because she was 21 and hot and would take her shirt off and just wear her tight see thru tshirt with her black bra…disgusting and definitly not the place to be doing so. And the disappointed corporate guys are ridiculous…lol. At any rate, Jonathan or Fin as he goes by is 24 but trained under Clair the owner for the last 5 years, so he knows what he is doing…thank God! It is so much smoother and the housekeepers are doing what they are supposed to be doing again.
Jacob and William are growing like weeds! Jake is as tall as my waist now…at 2 years old! He is going to be a tall one! And William is walking now! And is getting so big…I miss seeing him so much! Stacey sent me some pictures via email tho, so I thought I would post one of each of the boys.
I came across a great site for graphics called Whimsy Dreams, and she was having a contest and the prize was a years membership to her site…and guess what! I won it! I am so excited! I cant wait to see all she has! I need to work this weekend on updating my memberships and getting them all posted on here…such a bad blogger, but I will get it done by this weekend.
