
Hi, and welcome to my weight loss page. This is an attempt to try to goad myself into getting motivated into loosing some weight, which I complain about all the time, yet never take seriously. I am going to be brutally honest here about my weight, so keep the comments nice so as not to discourage me. LOL.
My beginning weight is 179(gulp) pounds. My target weight right now is 150 pounds. I would like to reach that by Thanksgiving. I am going to write down everything I eat each day and how much water I drink and how much exercise I do.
If you would like to join me, just leave me a comment each day letting me know your progress and any tips or advice you may have that could help.
Ok here we go, Day 1 of my diet!
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 1 medium bagel with 1 tbs cream cheese, 1 medium banana, coffee
Lunch: skipped
Snack: apple
Dinner: 1 slice of pizza, diet pepsi
Day one wasnt so bad, I really didnt feel hungry today. I found a website where you can track the calories and nutrition of the food you eat. It is called Fitday. I am not sure how to post it here but I will work on that.
Day 2:
Breakfast:
1 medium bagel, coffee
Lunch:
Roast Beef, Turkey, green beans, sweet potatoes,
Snack:
Apple
Dinner: skipped
Snack: bowl of mini wheats
Well, today went well, Amanda and I went to Golden Corral for lunch and I did real good with what I chose. And, I didnt overeat. I ate only till I wasnt hungry anymore. Dad and I walked for 1 1/2 miles today. Good day!
Day 3:
Breakfast:
1 medium bagel, cantaloupe, coffee
Lunch: (Chinese) coconut chicken, chicken and brocolli, salmon, tiny bit of lomein, snap green beans, small bit of rice pudding, fruit
Snack:
Dinner:
Cool, I weighed in and I am at 177 lbs. I don’t know if that is a fluke, but what the heck, I will take it!
I have walked 6 miles — 12% of my goal of 50 miles!!

Day 5:
Good Morning! I am excited today! I stepped on the scale this morning like I always do every morning and woo hoo!!! I am down to 174!! 5 pounds down!
Breakfast: 2 pieces of french toast, 1 small bowl of special K cereal

Ok, gosh it has been a long time since I updated this page also.
I weighed in this morning and I am down another 2 pounds making it a total of 7 pounds!! I am very proud of myself!! I have been watching the amount I eat and cutting out most of the junk food…I still have a desert on occasion though. I have also been walking almost every day. So I guess it is helping!! I will be so happy when I get below 170!! Keep me in your prayers!!
